All legitimate requests received will be responded to within the defined legal timeframes, with provision made in the Legislation for the need to occasionally extend the timeframes if your request is particularly complex or if you have made multiple requests. In any case, you will be notified and updated on the progress of your request. We may also contact you for further information regarding your request.

8.1  How can the holder exercise his/her rights?

Personal data subjects may exercise their rights by sending a message to our Personal Data Protection Officer either by e-mail or by post. The information required to do so can be found in the "Contact Us" section of this Privacy Policy.

• Storage in a secure operational environment not accessible to the public.
• Recording and documenting all stages of Data processing within the systems;
• Clear definition of roles and competencies concerning the categories of people responsible for or involved in the systems;
• Employee access records to the Aeromot database;
• Regular internal and external auditing of personal data protection;
• Adoption of preventive procedures against information security incidents.

Although we may adopt all security procedures within our power to prevent the occurrence of incidents, it is possible that problems may occur that are motivated exclusively by a third party, such as hacker or cracker attacks, or even in the case of the exclusive fault of the user, which occurs, for example, when the user transfers data to a third party. Thus, although we are responsible for the personal data we handle, we cannot be held liable in such exceptional circumstances over which we have no control. In any case, if any type of security incident occurs that could generate risk or relevant damage to any of our users, we will communicate it as soon as possible to everyone, as well as to the National Data Protection Authority -- ANPD, describing what occurred, as well as all the measures taken by us, with the purpose of regularizing the procedures, as per article 53 of LGPD.
