AEROMOT welcomed a group of Aircraft Maintenance Technician students from Lito Academy to its hangar in Porto Alegre for a hands-on training session, providing an immersive experience in the day-to-day reality of aircraft maintenance operations.

During the visit, the students had the opportunity to explore the company’s facilities and gain firsthand insight into aircraft maintenance activities. The experience was enriched by contributions from several AEROMOT departments, including Maintenance, Human and Organizational Development (HOD), Occupational Safety, and Operational Safety, all of which shared valuable knowledge and guidance to support the development of future aviation professionals.

The initiative is part of a joint effort between AEROMOT and Lito Academy, which awarded full scholarships to the participating students. The group is composed of young people affected by the floods that struck Rio Grande do Sul in 2024 and who, through professional training, are gaining new opportunities for personal growth and entry into the job market.
