AEROMOT participated in South Summit 2026, one of the world’s leading events focused on innovation, technology, and business development, held from March 25 to 27 in Porto Alegre, Brazil. Representing the company, President Guilherme Cunha and COO Cristiane Cunha took part as speakers in three panels throughout the event.
During the program, AEROMOT contributed to discussions on the future of industry in Rio Grande do Sul, the development of aviation in Brazil, and the advancement of the Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) ecosystem. Alongside leaders from industry, institutions, and the public sector, the company’s executives shared perspectives on the challenges and opportunities shaping the sector.
In the aviation-focused panel, Guilherme Cunha emphasized the strategic role of aviation as a driver of growth. According to him, aviation should be viewed as a development catalyst, capable of attracting investment and generating economic and social impact. He also highlighted the importance of integrating industry, academia, sustainability, and society, as well as the need to develop talent to support this progress. In this context, he presented initiatives such as AeroCITI, conceived as an ecosystem designed to connect different stakeholders and enable new transformative projects for the sector.
Cristiane Cunha participated in two panels, addressing both the outlook for industry in the state and the challenges of Advanced Air Mobility. During her presentations, she highlighted the work AEROMOT has carried out in recent years with a focus on innovation, emerging technologies, and the development of an industrial ecosystem. The COO also emphasized the importance of constructive dialogue with government authorities to enable long-term projects, as well as the role of AeroCITI as a cluster capable of attracting partners, fostering new business opportunities, and contributing to the development of the industry as a whole.
For Guilherme Cunha, participating in an environment such as South Summit is essential for strengthening connections and advancing strategic initiatives for the sector. “Events like South Summit create a high-quality environment for dialogue and collaboration, which are fundamental to transforming opportunities into concrete projects and accelerating the development of aviation,” he stated.
Cristiane Cunha reinforced that participation in the event expands the company’s ability to engage within a global innovation ecosystem. “Being connected with different stakeholders — including companies, investors, and the public sector — is essential for building long-term solutions. Innovation happens through collaboration, and events like this are important in driving that process forward,” she noted.
Participation in South Summit 2026 reinforces AEROMOT’s position as a company committed to the advancement of aviation, industry, and innovation in Brazil, actively contributing to the development of solutions that connect technology, people, and economic and social progress.
