AEROMOT participated in the official ceremony marking the delivery of the newest AW119 helicopter to the Military Fire Department of Minas Gerais (CBMMG), held by the State Government at the Air Operations Battalion (BOA). The event celebrated the addition of another high-performance aircraft to the institution’s operational fleet.

This aircraft represents the fourth helicopter supplied by AEROMOT to CBMMG, further strengthening a relationship built on trust and technical partnership over the years. With this addition, the corporation expands its capacity to respond to rescue, search, and emergency missions throughout the state of Minas Gerais.

The AW119 delivered to CBMMG was specially modified by AEROMOT to meet the demanding requirements of emergency operations. The aircraft is equipped with a rescue hoist and a fully integrated aeromedical ICU system, essential resources for providing pre-hospital care in remote and hard-to-reach locations.

A significant technical milestone of this delivery is that the AW119 becomes the first single-engine helicopter in the corporation’s fleet capable of operating under Instrument Flight Rules (IFR). This capability enables missions to be carried out in adverse weather conditions, significantly enhancing operational readiness and safety during night operations and low-visibility scenarios.
